South Africa’s Covid-19 statistics, 29 April
On 29 April health minister dr. Zwelini Mkhize announced South Africa’s latest coronavirus figures.
There are now a total of 5 350 Covid-19 cases in South Africa. After yesterday’s announcement, 354 new cases were reported.
According to minister Mkhize, a total of 103 deaths have been confirmed due to Covid-19 in SA.
The minister also says the country’s health teams and hospital groups have been able to do 197 127 tests for Covid-19 to date.
