Covid-19: Statistics in SA, 2 May
Health minister dr. Zwelini Mkhize says the number of coronavirus cases in South Africa has increased by 385 to 6 336.
In a statement, minister Mkhize says the number of fatalities has risen, bringing the total number of deaths to 123. According to minister Mkhize, there are 2 594 recoveries.
More than 230 000 tests have been conducted in South Africa.
