Covid-19: Latest figures, 9 May
In a statement, health minister dr. Zwelini Mkhize says the number of coronavirus cases in South Africa have increased by 525 to 9 420.
The number of fatalities has risen, bringing the total number of deaths to 186.
There has been 3 983 recoveries and 324 079 coronavirus tests have been conducted.
