Covid-19: Northern Cape’s latest statistics
The Northern Cape presently has 31 confirmed cases of Covid-19, according to statistics released yesterday by the provincial government.
No deaths have been reported yet.
The cases are divided according to areas. There are 23 cases in the Frances Baard district, three in the Namaqua and Mqcawu districts respectively, and one each in the Pixley Ka Seme and the JTG district.
A total of 20 people have already recovered from the virus: 14 in Frances Baard, three in Namaqua, two in ZF Mqcawu and one in Pixley Ka Seme
A total of 800 544 scans have been done in the Northern Cape, while 3 183 people have been tested for the virus.
