Cogta minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma said in an announcement that they are planning on changing the name of the Mbizana local municipality in the Eastern Cape.
Renaming of the municipality
Dlamini-Zuma will deliver a keynote address on Wednesday during the official renaming of the municipality, after the struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.
This change, which faced some controversy, was gazetted on 4 March.
