Facebook users whose data was released in a massive data leak are being encouraged to take legal action against the tech giant.

About 530 million people had some personal information that was leaked, including their phone numbers.
A digital privacy group is preparing to take the case to the Irish courts on behalf of the EU citizens that were affected.
Facebook denies any wrongdoing, saying that the data was “scraped” from publicly available information that was on the site.
