Wish, the global online store that’s based in San Francisco, has struck a deal with the South African Post Office to deliver their products to South Africans more quickly and more efficiently.
In a statement made by the parent company, ContextLogic, the company said that this partnership would help lessen the time it takes for a Wish order to reach its customers. It aims to be 50% faster on average.
Other planned benefits include parcel tracking visibility and delivery confirmation. Customers will now also be able to receive bundled shipments for multiple products and get SMS notifications when their deliveries are ready for collection.
